Even Jessi said that her way of speaking is weird, she doesn't sound like she's from seoul at all hahahaha. You'll also notice she speaks differently when she's being formal or in work mode so you can tell that she's really relaxed and enjoying her since she's speaking normally.

For Jessi's case its because she's Korean American and grew up in America that she has an accent. Soyeon grew up in Seoul and doesn't have a history living anywhere else abroad.

If she wasn't such an ambitious singer she'd probably enjoy a simpler life style. Maybe something to think about when she eventually retires?

Kind of reminds me a bit of Lee Hyori regarding maybe liking living outside of Seoul. I could see Soyeon maybe not retiring, but relocating to the countryside buying a nice home there with a recording studio and a guest house, and continuing to work as a producer/composer, as she has the credentials that plenty of companies might send their idols to record at her studio working with her or sometimes renting the studio to get away from distractions in Seoul while writing and recording an album.
