I almost got scammed

Man these scams are getting scarier. got something very similar recently on a facebook page that I got contacted by fake support for verification. thanks for the heads up Michael!

This one is 100% on Zillow. They should never tell you they will not post the ad prior to speaking to you and then post the ad without speaking to you. Unreal.

Whenever I catch a scammer, I always reply "You're a scammer and you should be ashamed of yourself". These people are scum. Thanks for the heads up! Also watch out for scammers trying to add you on linkedin from stolen accounts and then messaging you with overtly friendly, broken english requests for friendship.

I'd probably get a burner phone to list something like my house. At least not the key to the castle! I'd never be comfortable using my personal cell for online ads.

Same thing happened to me on Facebook. Luckily, Facebook detected the scam and nothing happened. The scam is so easy and simple, and yet genius. Most likely coming from a man in India, lol.
