when you do them your head should be either staring at a spot face down on the floor or up and looking straight in front of you elbows tucked more near your ribs and pull them more controlled rather than fast . also bent over rows don’t mean curl your back the way y’all was doing it you wanna stick ya but out alil like you would do in a squat but keep ya back as straight as if it was an acute angle brother and y’all got the movement down packed

dam ab yo friend know what he talking bout w these workouts. They are bodybuilder type workouts that will have you looking different irl. Calisthenics promote amazing strength gain as well but you have to eat a lot to gain size while doing so. These hypertrophy based workouts will really be noticeable when you eat a lot.
