In Ethos favour, reducing and reusing, are things people forget about, it's technically more environmental then constantly buying new things and recycling old things. the longer you can reduce what you buy and reuse what you have the less emissions it creates in factories, garbage/recycling trucks, semis, etc.

I started out left handed as a kid, first grade teacher was an evil dinosaur of a lady who would smack my hand with a ruler so I was forced to use my right hand .....later in life I had surgeries on my right shoulder and the doctor was amazed that I was signing my name, filling out paperwork with my left hand as soon as I woke up from surgery lol

Except I think that curry’s version of Pennywise felt a lot more like a real-life child predator which was a lot scarier than the new version which feels more like just a monstrous creature, yet I can’t complain too much about that aspect since Pennywise IS literally a monstrous creature.

Typically speaking, the stronger someone's sense of smell is, the stronger their sense of taste will be as well and vise versa. Considering a dog's sense of smell, even will fewer taste buds it would stand to reason that their sense of taste would still be fairly "good"... good being very subjective considering what dogs find appealing. Also just because they don't have as many taste buds dosnt mean they can't taste, say we shaved off 2/3 of your taste buds would you then be fine with eating things that tasted like crap? I would say no, you might not taste it as strongly as you normaly would but you would still taste it.

😂 as a lefty I use my keyboard and mouse like a right handed because that's just how I was taught 😂 Also I can vouch for the writing on notebooks differently than a righty would lol I hate getting pencil lead or pen ink all over my hand 😅😂 Then, when it comes to sitting at a table or a booth at restaurants I have to sit so I'm not elbowing anything or anyone while they're eating. I can't sit with my husband to my left otherwise we will hit elbows 😅 Most lefties are ambidextrous because we've had to adapt to things being more right handed friendly 😅

Wrist watches replaced pocket watches due to WW1 (“standard-issue clocks so practical that veterans didn’t revert to pre-war ways of carrying clocks in pockets and turned it into fashion trend”) - so I suppose partially “wear on left hand” might be understood as “wear on non-dominant hand” for cases when one would have to check for time when having the other hand occupied (for example - while holding a telephone or getting ready to pull the cord to fire the artillery cannon in exact time)

You know, its odd how I was never really aware how complicated me adjusting being left handed was, until now that I think about it. I write and draw left handed, with boxing I have no clue anymore what I am, but I know I'm stronger right-legged. I use computers right-handed and now that I'm typing this,i realise I use my right hand, even though I'm left-handed. Maybe I've become both, but I can't switch as easily once I learned it one way. Like i learned crochet a short while ago and I was like: will I do right handed to have it easier with videos explaining crochet patterns or go left to have it easier. I chose left. Anyway. I never gave it this much thought. 😅 but in the end, I'm proud to be a leftie 😉

I'm a righty by birth though through multiple injuries on my right arm and hand, that I can write, type, mouse, ect. With my left hand. I still instinctively use my left for odd things like using my mouse, using back scratcher, leaning up on a wall or getting myself up off the ground, using utensils. I'm an odd one, so I use my mouse on the left but keep the buttons bound to default so I use my middle finger for right clicking. And I get ethos idea of sitting low to the desk with both elbows propped up, and I'm 5'-0".

arrow keys work fine, but if you're a gamer you miss access to the keys around your movement keys, where righties use 1..3, q, e, z, etc. bound to game actions. That's where it makes more sense to bind it to "IJKL" or "OKL;"

Depending on what I do, I keep my mouse on the right or left side of the computer. Need to use the numpad a lot? Left side. Minecraft? Right side. The left side is so much more comfortable for the wrist. I am 100% right handed tho, not ambidexterous.
