You can definitely do a whole series of episodes on this project. I would definitely enjoy seeing the “after”!

Can you make a video cleaning a PAINT- covered laundry sink/utility sink? With clear details on the product you use? I want to clean ours but I don't know how.

I love realistic cleaning videos. I find myself getting frustrated watching yours because there is always so much more left to do. You are doing what you can, I know. But it would be nice to see something actually finished.

My years of professionally cleaning has helped me come across some fantastic things to clean with. My go to product for all the things you've been cleaning is Fast Orange hand cleaner. Slather it on ,let it sit for quite a while,a few hours or so. Checking it now and then. Using that, I've never had to scrub. I've cleaned ovens that look like they used it as a BBQ pit. It works on just about anything with no scratching, it smells nice and it's gentle to your hands. I've used it on glass, marble and no scratches.

This might be unnecessary but I gotta' say it since I just found you for the first time. I love that you're willing to help those in need to be cleaner... but is possible to maybe keep the disgust on the DL? The reason being, the owner of this home might see your video and it might be painful to hear. He might honestly and truly not know it was that concerning. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to other people (especially the elderly who don't have the mental/physical capacity to care for themselves) but I just thought I'd put it out there. But thank you for sharing your tips.

You are very considerate.💜 I thank you for taking the time to comment. The owner was there while I filmed so there was no surprise. But being mindful of the people who's homes we clean is very important to me. He was OK with saying anything on this video. Check out the video we did of cleaning his floor. His reaction was priceless.😊

How many people getting a free cleaning would feel comfortable telling you that you were being highly disrespectful and hurtful with your comments and reactions. Just because someone doesn't say they don't have an issue with it doesn't mean it's fine to say or do.

In the video where you used the broom & a dust pan, film cut to another film, was unable to watch the other one and I wanted too, I didn't even have time to click on it and it was GONE................what was the name of that one ? Is there a way to slow it down so it doesn't go by like a flash.....? Did you vac. up the glass before you mopped it ? Thai is what I would have done.....and then probably even vac. it again.....hate to break glass on the floor...

Baking soda made into a paste with water, let sit for about an hour also works great to remove rust

Do you ever use stainless steel scrubbies? Or those Brillo pads? Those would work better than the scrubby part of the sponge - and since it’s stainless steel sink it won’t scratch. Of course I wouldn’t use them on other sinks of different materials unless tested first. Great job
@LS-lb7pw3 жыл бұрын
So many seniors need help, how gracious of you. Have you tried using 3M drywall fine grit sanding screen to clean porcelain, ceramic, SS, or 3M fine grit sanding blocks? Makes scrubbing so much easier, the grit is so fine it doesn't scratch, much better than scrubby sponges for such a tough job ime.

Probably wouldn’t hurt to have the goosenecks cleaned out too, with a buildup in the sink the plumbing has probably been neglected too.

Sorry the music has got to go. The sink is stained from coffee. With a little light detective work and all the empty Folger canisters. Its not hard to see that the sink is heavily stained from coffee. I would use L.A Awesome.

Your work will certainly be a blessing to the widower. There is a product that may be a huge help to you going forward as it works really well on greasy surfaces [burnt on mess as well] it's called 'ARRAY Citrus degreaser'. This product is very inexpensive and is available through restaurant suppliers such as 'Gordon's food Services'. It would probably work wonders on that range hood.
