Does this deck work if I have no evos? My highest level card is a goblin barrel (level 14) and Dagger duchess kinda just counters it. So I don't know whether to stick with the goblin barrel and try to get it to level 15 and hope that the dagger duchess gets nerfed, or chance decks and level up new cards.
