Women themselves don't want complete equality. Majority of working women want to marry a man who earns more than them. Then will never marry someone who earns less than them no matter how good and well behaved he is. Women also don't want equality in divorce and child custody laws. I have never seen any feminist protesting against the divorce and child custody laws which are clearly made to favor women over men. And don't forget the most controversial domestic violence laws which most women misuse today. So what I have experienced is that women don't want equality...... They want selective equality which is only beneficial for them.

I just wanna know that getting married is such a huge task for a girl that she needs to sacrifice all her life , her career, way of thinking point of views both physically or mentally. Why we can't take "marriage is just a part of our lives not all our whole life " . Why we people relate difficult things only for women . Somewhere we all agree that equality is our birthright then by showing that all these difficulties are just meant for women and men always do have all the benefits. I don't know what I'm saying is right or wrong but I just have a view that shadi is not our life it's just a part of our life. PLEASE READ FULL Feminism is good but i would respectfully argue that. Generally many feminist say that men have no problems and they are most priviledged. so let me tell you the PRIVILEGES OF MEN first of all i want to say that- I believe in full equality I know really well what are the real issues of women and we should fight with them also but that does not mean we should ignore men's problems. A Lot of men faces a lot of problems like misandry(men bashing), fake accusations for rape and dowry and violence, and their whole life get ruined. but no one believes them and everyone considers that women are always right. mostly men are the human beings who faces police brutality, get killed at war.etc DO YOU KNOW THAT A LOT OF MEN ALSO FACES VERY BRUTAL SEXUAL ABUSE BY WOMEN ON THEIR PRIVATE PARTS. SUICIDES RATES OF MEN ARE NEARLY DOUBLE THAN WOMEN. 93% of workplace death, 60% of homicide , 62% homeless victims are MEN(but very less homeshelters are for men, most are for women.) HARD LIFE THREATNING works like cleaning sewers,coal mining,construction etc. are MOSTLY done by men. Men are taught to be STRONG and NOT CRY or NOT EXPRESS their emotions and feelings. According to many surveys 25% of domestic violence and 30% acid attack victims are men. but have you ever heard any news of this?? i know women faces MUCH MORE violence but that doesn't mean that you should ignore men's problems. MOST OF TIMES OUR LAW DOESN'T EVEN PUNISH WOMEN FOR VIOLENCE AGAINST MEN. Generally people LAUGH when a men faces abuse by women and women are praised for that act and said to be strong. but the opposite is considered to be evil by men. why these double standards? violence and abuse with all the genders are equally wrong. On public a men slapping women is wrong. BUT if women slaps men, then either men are blamed, or everyone laughs and ignore. And men CAN'T even FIGHT BACK as then they will be considered EVIL. Hitting all genders is equally wrong. Women receive respect in general but men only get respect if they are rich. Women are taught to be proud of themselves but men are taught to respect women and improve to to match women's status. Everyone should be proud of themselves. IF you will ever try to respectfully criticize a women then many times you are said to be misogynistic and everyone will say you "respect women" and if a women even abuses you, everyone will still support her and say her independent. Everytime society says that you can't hit a girl but they are ok if you hit a boy. "A man is always guilty until proven, and a women is innocent until proven guilty". In schools also we are always taught that women are superior and smarter than men. Punishments in many schools are very harder for boys BUT girls are rarely given any punishments FOR SAME MISTAKE. IN USA PRISONS ALSO, "FOR SAME CRIME", men recieve 63% LONGER sentences than women on average, and women are TWICE as likely to AVOID jail if convicted. This is awesome. This is the sad reality of not only our country but the whole world. Whenever a woman tries to speak, we silence her or when she needs justice we blame her for someone else's wrongdoing. Many woman frustrated with discrimination and try to speak about it are called hysterical, liar or mad. We never allow a woman to be her own person and always put her in the shadow of her husband or male relatives. There are myths about woman autonomy and it makes things a lot more difficult for the woman. This poem is my feelings about discrimination against women.

However, there are cases where a man becomes physically handicapped due to a major accident, and his wife chooses to divorce him, leaving him alone. Only in such exceptional circumstances does he receive alimony, as it is otherwise difficult for a man to obtain financial support, and society tends to be unsupportive of such individuals.

IF you will ever try to respectfully criticize a women then many times you are said to be misogynistic and everyone will say you "respect women" and if a women even abuses you, everyone will still support her and say her independent. Everytime society says that you can't hit a girl but they are ok if you hit a boy. "A man is always guilty until proven, and a women is innocent until proven guilty". In schools also we are always taught that women are superior and smarter than men. Punishments in many schools are very harder for boys BUT girls are rarely given any punishments FOR SAME MISTAKE. IN USA PRISONS ALSO, "FOR SAME CRIME", men recieve 63% LONGER sentences than women on average, and women are TWICE as likely to AVOID jail if convicted. Hmmm I always feel that whenever a feminist looks down upon home makers, they r contradicting their own point. Our way shouldn't be to ask a woman who chooses to be a home maker to do some work outside. It's funny how she never involved a man in the whole poem but shown clearly even if they are invisible their thoughts and way to process things exist. Not as a men but in between women, women wants us sanskari, good bahu, good homemakers, it's our mother's expectation to be a good bahu and the saas don't complain.
