Senya has been pestering me to download beatoraja and BMS charts for months and now I finally get it and I'm not even practicing keyboard hahaha \o/
also how to do change the gauge from easy to normal I keep trying to play shit I absolutely cannot play because "ahahahah it's easy gauge! just clear! brrrrrrrrr"
I need normal gauge to force myself to play stuff I should be playing.

always neat to see newer BMS players! I'd recommend getting a different skin for beatoraja like type-m or simple play, the default is generally just pretty ugly.. Also pinky on 7 might be something you wanna try if you ever feel you can't move your ring finger, that was an issue I had! best of luck on improving :D

I think gauge selection is start + 2 or 3, but you should also be able to select in in the beatoraja config screen like before the game launches.

I've been trying to learn the IIDX style for a few days now and I'm having trouble finding the buttons. How do you coordinate while playing?

mostly forcing yourself to use a static finger style as much as you can till you learn which finger belongs to which button. Colours help a lot!

I never have motivation to play BMS I only play data. I have passed some ez 12s but I think BMS would help me get better but I don't ever feel motivated to open it

bms is extremely useful for 12s, force yourself to play it, maybe use walkure if you need guidance on what charts to play :)

Hey Tokaku, just a quick question. How do i play IIDX? I have been searching on the internet for so long but i cant find annything ;-;

well there's the PC version of IIDX called INFINITAS. I don't recommend it though, huge money sucker. Not worth. There aren't any simulators for IIDX or IIDX charts out there like sound voltex. Although there is a separate game that works somewhat similarly (BMS). People call it BMS, but what they mean is the client is either Lunatic Rave 2 or Beatoraja, and the chart files are BMS charts I think? The charting meta of BMS is different from IIDX, but they're ~similar~ enough I guess. The other really nice thing is that there are a ton of keyboard BMS players, you really can play that game with anything at any level

it's a... pretty small Singaporean brand monitor called Pixle... They sell budget 27inch monitors... Mine is their 27inch TN 240hz one. I'm not sure if they ship overseas though...
