From a non swiss who came to the final without knowing anything beforehand: Nemo was not embarrasing, tbh, he was just boring. Wearing a dress is classic ESC crazy, as was the spinning plate. And that's just examples that popped in my head like in 5 minutes, trust me there were so many more. But the distinction is that all those people were performing their good songs without pushing their agenda, so they won people's love with their performance and not with their identity (more than anything at that time all those people actually faced open homophobia and bad press from some countries at the time).

Every participant hold his/her flag when they got to the stage, except for Nemo, he was holding the (non-binary flag) instead of the Swiss one .... That's a shame!

Looking forward to this trend being over. The next thing will probably be bad, but hopefully not as stupid.

Nemo is said to have a girlfriend. So he's probably just an ordinary straight white male who wants to be part of a minority.

why do you think nemos song was horrible? you can have your personal opinion but i think its impressive that they put opera, pop, drum n bass and rap into one song, jumped and ran around on stage and still had outstanding vocals and hitting every note (no autotune btw). i really dont understand why people dont like the song... i bet its "the gay outfit" for some or the fact that croatia was also good or because netherlands got disqualified. please enlighten me. also if you really just dont like it, why say its "horrible" and not just say that you didnt like it... it just makes it sound like its objectively bad which obv isnt true, nemo literally won.

how do you know nemo won because of their "gender identity"? do you have proof the judges were biased this way?

also they didnt actually allow trans or nb flag on stage... they were snuck in. i agree that they had no place on stage.
