I once caught a snom and kept playing with it at night so that it could evolve but it said it was very hungry even though I gave it 3 CURRIES. You don’t HAVE to battle with them. In the Pokémon world, they have a lot of utility. Some provide resources and assistance on levels even humans by themselves are unable to do. Others are kept as pets. It could be this person’s preference when taking care of this particular Snom. I honestly like that take. Sure it would be fun to battle, but it’s still nice to have a small bean by your side.

I just wanna hug a snom and take care of him. I think it’s completely first that I fell in love with a Pokémon so quick and so much. I don’t know just seeing the little guy just makes me so happy. Ok quick story, since I still don't have Sw/SH I didn't want my friend spoiling anything but they persisted to show me Snom and since they literary shoved snom in my face I told them off by telling him I didn't think snom was all that and I personally like applin.We fought for a bit now whenever snom comes up he sorta justs pouts at me, but after watching this...I can give snom a little bit of credit. Edit: I recently got sword and shield and I have to admit hearing snoms actual cry is so pretty, still not over the moon for it but I'll admit...its cute...just for my friend hmph. *blush*
