Yeah, I haven't played ranked joust in years because of my group basically dropping the game. Finally decided to play and unfortunately solo queue.... It's really terrible out here. People constantly fighting with each other, DC'ing or purposefully trying to lose just to spite your own team. Getting to masters solo queue is definitely doable, but it's just not worth the stress.

Me and my friend duo queued and goto masters. Then we stopped playing though bc its not worth it. Almost impossible to beat triple stacks in masters when our rando is usually gold for whatever reason. An enemy team recently were all level 220. Our rando was a level 81. We could hold our own weight against the sweatiest comp known to man, but our rando couldnt keep up. And we lose against those bum sweats. It really is lame

Hit me up, man. I solo q 95% of the time as well because my 2 teammates left the game too, and it's exactly what you said. I'm desperately looking for people to q with because I usually make masters but can't even get through diamond anymore with the pairs I get matched up with.

Highest I got was maybe 1-3 splits ago, I was plat 1 but my mmr was a solid 200-300 into diamond joust. I played with a friend for some matches but I did solo queue mostly. I stopped and I chalked it up to well my mmr was diamond and the whole time I was up 400-500 mmr above my rank so I was satisfied.

Most times I'll attack FG for a few seconds as a dps check. The reason you kept not killing the fafnir was you just didn't have the raw base damage and penetrstion. Mostly base damage. When you attacked FG you shot him like 50x and did only a quarter of his life.

Do you not play or recommned Devos in joust. Ive been going teir 2 Obo, then devo, Exe, Quins, Dominance/Crit, Titan bain/crit then upgrading obo.

It’s definitely back. Mages aren’t to strong now and hunters are still relevant. I played that comp to high masters last season with my friends. But ultimately good players will make any comp work.

I'm masters and I typically see 1 hunter, 1 mage (can be tank mage like Baron, Nox, etc), and 1 tank. I also see double dive with hunter, double dive with a mage, and double guardian with 1 hunter frequently. In the past it's been pretty much exclusively double dive but taking our starters, buffing towers, and increasing pen in general has made it much easier to play any comp rn and have success.

@@BurtReynolds420 Yeah the difference in feel between hunters and mages right now is kinda nutty. Still trying out Ability Hunters but they don't seem as strong. I just love seeing different comps every match now, and it looks like that transfers over to high mmr too based on what you're saying

​@osmanshire3754 I just played with a double stacking full damage Terra and a full damage Fenrir (I was HouYi) that told me that not having a mage is a instant Loss which is why Terra went full damage instead of tank when I picked HouYi
