I like how she says it’s a rare allergy…it’s not, it’s actually something that is quite common for teenagers to develop at the age of 13-14 and can be brought on my stress. Especially common for girls living in cold places. I haven’t watched the full video so I bet there’s a massive plot twist, but I do know at least 10 people with varying severities of the allergy and have it myself.

im allergic to the cold living in ontario canada. my allergy is so bad that if i get too cold my lungs will swell and i won’t be able to breathe. it’s really not that hard to live with tho lol, i just bundle up and run to my car and spend as little time outside in the winter as possible

Just for the record, this is totally real. My mum has what they call “cold urticaria” & whenever she’s exposed to cold temperatures, she’ll soon break out in itchy hives/red welts all over her legs (sometimes her arms as well). The bizarre thing is that holding a hot water bottle against the hives seems to help; again, that’s because my mum is allergic to the cold. Thankfully not to the point of anaphylaxis, but it’s a nuisance all the same... 😅❄️🙅‍♀️

CALGARY?! That's the place where half of my family is and I visit every year in febuary, though I can't relate to people who can't take the cold because I love it. I skated around the plaza with my cousins with my ONE coat that I used for rain, UNZIPPED while the were bottled up in a matress of coats and scarfs. I also tell this story to anyone who DARE question my immunity to the cold. ( I like saying I have an immunity other than tolerance. ) I tell them that in Lake Tahoe I was walking on ice in nothing but long sleeves scraping up ice from the ground and throwing at my dad and that I did this for 3-in-a-half FREAKING HOURS!!!!! Want me to tell you how on that same trip I went to a bar, got covid, did karaoke,got praised by those people,sang 'Wiskey Glasses' to them and the bar tender made money off of me for it, and everyone got drunk and sang frozen with me? I WAS F*CKING 9 WHEN THAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An actual condition I don't really remember what it's called but if you get too cold start getting blisters on your face they won't really go away until you're in a pretty warm place but if you're allergic to Warmness that's actually true too and if you're like out in the sun for a long time it'll actually really hurt like not just normal sunburn just really being like 10 wasp sting you and same spot but I just heard that I don't really know if it's true how it feels

My mom is "allergic" to cold. She has hashimoto's which is a thyroid issue and one of the symptoms it getting hives when you're out in the cold. Helps to dress warm tho cuz it really affects skin that's exposed to the cold air. I think it starts at around 40 degrees so while she's inside she's totally fine pretty much everywhere. Not sure why I decided to tell everyone this but there you go I guess 😂

This is kind of on the more believable side of this story channel, comparing it to a few others. While having a rich friend is a common trope in this sort of thing, almost anything else here is quite normal. One of the only other things I could think of was the fact that she called it an allergy half the time and in the title when she should’ve called it a disease. Unless there’s also an actual allergy to the cold. (If there’s anything you think would put this in the insane pile of these my story animated videos, let me know.)
