Regarding music videos, I am not well-versed with video editing with respect to copyrighting; however, I do subscribe to a number of reactors...some musical instructors, some not. Take someone like Dimash, for example. A number of reactors put a filter over the video so it appears faded. Basically, the filter is in the foreground, the video is in the background. Also, within the description of each video (where you put your channel name, social media, etc, I would list out the fair use clause. You may not be able to monetize on those videos; however, you can use them to be passionate about great music, garner community, and attract new subscribers. Don't sleep on Dimash, though. You've got some catching up him.
