Its nice to hear yall are finally settling in there and making more income. That range needs to go, as they get older they will you pinch your pocket. Best thing being in kansas, you can afford a house. Part of my family moved from LA about a year ago to texas, she couldn't afford to buy a house there despite saving for years. They just closed on a new build a few months ago. Your family chances of upward mobility is high. Keep saving.
