People need to follow their hearts on this one. Boycotting is perfectly acceptable. Remaining a paying customer and *demanding* change is also perfectly acceptable. Both choices have pros and cons. There are still women working at Blizzard who depend on their income to keep food on the table and the lights on in their homes. There are obviously people still working there that have committed these heinous acts or enabled them who are drawing a paycheck from the money players give them. Enacting change takes time and dedication. I would nearly say there is no right or wrong answer, but I don't feel that way either. I was really happy to hear today that Activision Blizzard employees are staging a walk out to protest the way the company is handling everything currently. I've seen people try to downplay what's been going on but clearly the fact that the State of California is suing them should have been a big flag that it's quite serious and now with everything that's coming it it's at the point where the truth will not be denied or suppressed and unless sweeping changes come to the company I don't see this ending well for anyone. Diablo 2 hasn't aged well. There are a slew of mods that just do it better, to be completely honest. A reskin won't make the game any less linear & soporific.

Sadly, company leadership has only ever understood a few things: actual jail time, unions and, yep, boycotts. Look throughout history and this is proven time and time and time again. I don't know when or how we forgot this but, it seems like we are relearning this fact. I just wish to hell that we didn't have to learn it the hard way but at least we're finally relearning it. Here's to hoping that we can have an effect on making these monsters behave like human beings again soon before too many more people are hurt so badly. My heart goes out to them and yes, I've decided to spend my money on companies that don't do this kind of thing too. I can only hope that enough of us do to make a difference and soon.

The problem is that so many women have abused the allegations over the years, so many fake claims, that people just have 0 trust when things happen for real. This is why the women who lied should have been punished very harshly rather just let go without any consequences.

Lots of respect here for you, Max. I totally stand with you. Never played many of their old classics but now I know I'm not supporting their newer endeavors at all. I'll play the classics but not support them. I can't. I'm not supporting these actions and it disgusts me it got this far. I see similar awful issues in some workplaces and it hits close to home. Hey man, hope you are doing OK My thoughts on this is that boycotting ain't going to do much. The important thing to note is that not all the people working for Activision Blizzard are scumbags, some are going to be good people who were victim to these attacks. While yes Activision Blizzard is only going to get hurt if they stop making money but hopefully things like this lawsuit and other things can inspire real change within the company. Unfortunately not everyone will get what they deserve but the thing is that good people will also be working at Activision Blizzard, games like Diablo that your looking forward to will be worked on by at least some good people and yes buying Activision Blizzard products does put money in the pockets of scumbags it also puts money in the pockets of these hardworking people that may of had to put up with all this sh*t. Like obviously if certain games make you feel bad to play, then don't but if there are Activision Blizzard games that give you the mental boost you need, If it doesn't harm you, then take it because regardless of whether you do or don't, it don't affect them at all. But yeah definetly if you dont feel comfortable covering any more Activision Blizzard then don't but most importantly do what you think is right. Hope all is well and you have a great day
