conq = good against very tanky comps or very tanky laner (sion, ornn) where you can benefit from sustain in extended fights (situational, mostly for top laning) PTA = what you should go most of the time against standard comps or heavy melee comps, (99% of the time) fleet = good against heavy ranged comps where fights are usually shorter (because they are usually squishier) and you can benefit from the mobility so you dont get kited out (situational)

you should go fleet 90 percent of the games and conq 10 percent, PTA is dogshit

Disagree conq is way better than PTA in most games due to conq being way better for laning on a lot of matchups but PTA can be good sometimes
