Thank you David! Great video and I could feel the love as I also followed along. Tremendous! One thing I started realizing is I have to fully immerse myself or step into it. I heard this before but now I get what that means. The love is so much more intense. You can’t just go half way. I visualize and feel myself in the middle of love or good thoughts.
