It was a great fight and a beautiful victory. Even fans of Wilder, while disappointed that their guy didn't win, gave Fury his props and said it was a great fight. This was a great fight, and cheers to Clarissa Shields. She truly earned that victory. Would love to see a rematch, or even a trilogy.

Had the cancellation been a week prior to the fight I could understand but at this very late stage is a joke. All the preparation & build up had made this a 'must watch' event for Womens sport, to postpone at this point not only disturbs all the prep' but the headache & hassle for those with tickets & paying for travel & accommodation is crazy. A couple of minutes silence etc prior to the fight would have been fine.

Both of these fighters are pros, and I'm sure they'll both regroup and be 100% primed & ready on the 15th. My gut, though, tells me that if anyone will be in better mental condition, it'll be Shields. She has dealt with a lot of setbacks (and trauma) in her life -- much more than Marshall (as far as I know). She's been down that road before. Her "recovery/rebound" skills are probably more sharply honed.

It's called showing respect. I'm gutted and was really looking forward to this fight and have been since it was first announced. Our Queen has been with everyone their whole life through good and bad times. It feels right to me that it was postponed.
