Best yogurt that I use for making my homemade yogurt is Bulgarian yogurt from Sprouts. Bacillus Bulgaricus is the most important bacteria for making good yogurt, you know. I use 2 Tb spoons yogurt in 1 quart of pasteurized milk - Use Organic Horizon because it is pasteurized ( no need to boil it) but no homogenized, which is great. Put it in the proofing machine at 39C and it is ready after 6 hours Then it goes in the fridge Super smooth No need of mixers.

only yogurt I've been able to enjoy is coconut milk yogurt, but it's rare that i go and get it. i would try yours out of respect though! haha (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)
