Well said Madan. I could remember the days with my first juniors. I was a mentor to them. The only thing I remember always is that I should not treat my juniors badly like my seniors. I used to spend time with them in Canteen daily without using mobile. Bi-weekly I used to sit with them and ask my mistakes initially it was hard but later it molded me well. I learnt the patience to hear fully. Throughout your video, I was remembering that. Now I am not with them but I didn't feel like that because of the way they show the love in return. Bro you should always upload your videos in podcasts in Apple podcasts or Spotify, because rather than listening to music, I can listen to you and go when I go somewhere, it could be a 10 minutes ride, or I could travel for 1 hour in a bus or something like that, it would be much better if you could also do like that.
