I was using this same strategy exactly, but had 4 etitans and 2 Root riders at 5900 trophies. My only issue was time because eventually the RR would die and the etitans could get stuck behind walls. This army solved the problem of time.

Am not a th17 but from lot of attacks i watched, i think it got easier up there.. eagle and town hall's bomb were kinda balancing and making it more challenging..it is just a thought. Idk

As a th17 currently sitting around 5700-5800 trophies at the end of each league day, and a best finish of 5867 as a th16, town hall 17 is definitely harder.

As a maxed th16, I'd be lucky to not go -320 on defenses. It was usually a given, but as a nearly maxed th17 (of the upgrades that are currently released) I've been consistently getting several 2 star defenses each day. But also on the flip side, I have to be pretty focused on my tablet to guarantee going +320 in my attacks, while as a th16 I could pretty comfortably do my attacks on my phone during a lunch break and go +320 with my attacks.

I just encountered a weird glitch, I had roughly 4940 trophies then when I went back on to clash my trophies randomly went down to 4913 without taking a defence so I went to attack and got “ unable to find bases to attack “ so I restarted my game and now I’m randomly on 5022 trophies without even attacking or getting any defences

That's the main point of using minion prince in this army to tank healers, you're lucky if minion prince trigger many mines early and pheonix will popped up and might eat more mines, the healers will be safe and keep army alive with stronger healing from warden rage gem.

When using Fox you can use the attack timer to help you drop invis spells. When it goes from 2:57 to 2:56 drop an invis and then again from 2:47 to 2:46 and so on. This is because the fox ability is 4 seconds with a 6 second cool down for a total of 10 seconds per ability cycle

Why does it work to do it on the 6s when fox duration is 4 sec and invis duration is 4 sec?

Because 3:00 - 4s = 2:56. Also, the fox has a 6s cooldown on ability. So 4s + 6s = 10s. So it's a 10s cycle in which the fox ability ends on the time ending with 6

I tried that army too, not doing it again, sometimes I time fail and plus that army is fully dependent on rc charge, if rc charge goes wrong, can mess up entire attack, this roots army is just to create a small pathing with rc, even if she dies early, can comeback by creating a small funnel left with queen and sent army in the middle and redirect my troops to the middle with overgrowth spell on right.

@ it’s actually way easier than any other Rc charge army cause roots only need a small funnel . Im getting triples in war and also legend league attacks consistently.
