Raiden is literally in the trailer first. He’s a human now and our kung lao is the usual.

No scar on his face so it’s either Bi-Han or another cryomancer to take the mantle “sub-zero” considering the timeline. That can also not be Hanzo as Scorpion. Young Raiden is in the trailer and Johnny is confirmed via the website, Or an ancestor? We’ll find out next Wednesday I’m sure.

I love how Kitana and Mileena are just chilling together in a carriage. They gave us Sub-Zero and Scorpion as best friends before, are they finally giving us Kitana and Mileena as sisters? The whole thing here was Liu "fixing" things and giving a choice. Did he give Kitana a choice about Mileena? Did he offer to erase her from history, or did he give her the chance to give Mileena redemption?

i think the choice is not real. i think liu kang is GOod aligned but to the point were hes sof ar past the point that hes evil, corrupted that your free but if you choose wrong i rip you in half wiht dragons and basically hes benovelont but you have no real choice. so shang tsung is basically anti hero hes not a good guy but he is fighting to restore free choice

Very Underwhelming, same OP Characters over and over again. Redesigns look pretty lame as well. I was hoping to see something different like Havik going up against Smoke but we get the expected Lui Kang resets the timeline crap. Over the top gore to compensate for a weak storyline, and where the hell is this location, looks like Wo Long, Ghosts Of Tsushima maybe Sekiro, not Mortal Kombat.

At least several portions are clearly real-time: the fatalities at the end, for example. I'd venture to guess the cut-scenes are using high-quality in-game assets, such as the ones you see in the victory poses (regardless of whether the rendering itself is real-time or not). :)
