I'm confused, why does Jesus not have dominion on earth any more?? Can you explain that biblicaly because that means God can't do anything unless we ask Him to?

Because when God created man the gave us control over the earth... God will not intervene on your life unless you ask... God doesn't unleash his power unless you invite Him. And Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit which means he was connected to God which means all he had to do was ask and it was done.
