If it's the latter then you could have a 70 year old be the youngest vampire, but if It's how old you are then a total 20 year newbie would have no control of their powers and still not be the youngest while a 16 year old could control theirs perfectly.

so vampires are interesting u can have 10 graveyard vampires but only 4 of them can b alive this assuming u start with 4 all town they bite all but last guy and pretty sure for cool down bite they must wait x time and bite again and only 1 town doesnt get bitten if possible but point only 4 living vampires can be alive at one time and they cant convert nk/mafia/coven edit: if u have 4 living vampires the townie that gets bit for example will DIE!
