its seemed like your game desynced and zombies were hitting you because you were standing still for the zombies, but for your its showed that you were running. Happens alot if your ping spikes.

When you kept getting hit n passed out it was your connection/servers connection, it happens fairly often when playing servers that aren't your region/country, basically it's rubberbanding
