My answers: + Choose one word that describes being a reader Possibilities + What’s the very first book you fell in love with? The Danger Guys series are the first book(s) I can recall. My mom read them to me and my siblings, and they really drew me in. + Hardcover or paperback? As you said, hardcover looks nicer, but paperback is more comfortable to read. + How has reading shaped your identity? I was the top reader in the entire school in fifth grade... Once I discovered books, I couldn't put them down. They helped ease the loneliness I felt, and I want to make a living writing my own novels. + What book do you read when you need to be comforted? Hmm... The Enchanted Forest Chronicles, I think. They draw you right in, and has a mixture of action, humor, and fun character interaction. I read them so many times as a young teen, so it always feels like I'm returning home when I read them. + Who taught you to be a reader? (Or did you do it all on your own?) My mom read to me as a kid and has always encouraged me to read. + Describe your dream reading lounge. A cabin in the woods, with a medium-sized room just full of books. There's large windows to let in the sunlight, and comfortable bean chairs in the corners to snuggle into with a book. + What book changed the way you act or see the world? ...As much as I love books and they inspire me, it's hard to think of an answer. I can think of some that inspired my writing (Redwall, Dragonriders of Pern), but not any that changed me personally (outside of religious books). Huh. I'll have to think on that some more.

Dear Kristina, I don't know if you've already answered this in another video, but who's your favorite Harry Potter character? Mine's Remus Lupin because, A. He was the only marauder who WASN'T a jerk as a kid, B.He was the only good and kind Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher(I'm not counting Snape because he was a total jerkface as a teacher and I don't think the real Alastor Moody actually taught at hogwarts that much), C. He has such a sad backstory, D. He went through so many hard times, E. He died fighting for a better world for his son to live in, etc.etc.

* high five * I try to reread the whole HP series on a somewhat yearly basis. The only downside is that I have very few friends that can match my knowledge of Harry Potter.

I'm doing NaNoWriMo for the first time this year. Could you do a video on using the website and such? I think it would be a nice addition to your NaNoWriMo playlist. Thanks. Love your videos.
