I, too, go to “Settings” and slow down whatever recording to a comfortable meditative speed - especially when I listen as I’m going into Alpha state of sleep. On my iPhone I tap the upper right corner and the little signs for Settings, and others, show up. Be blessed. Aah - they must have removed all the ads. None came on as I listened. A big thank You.

fully agree with the Statism part, praising corrupt political leaders is no spirituality as far as I am concerned
