I know it’s been said multiple, multiple times before, but in the FF lore, Zettaflare is one of, if not the most powerful offensive spells that can be casted. Aside from Donald Duck, only one other character (to my knowledge) was able to cast an instance of Zettaflare, and they were billions of years old and were bestowed the power by a god. Not only is Donald Duck not a billion year-old demigod, but he casted it once before (telling from Goofy’s reaction). And the best part is: an X-flare spell thousands of times weaker than Zettaflare would have done the job just fine. However, considering Donald decided to utterly obliterate Terranort with Zettaflare, I wouldn’t doubt that he wanted to send a message. Don’t fuck with the Duck.

I think my favorite thing is like... I'm reasonably sure that the strongest -flare spell that we've seen *bahamut* use was Exaflare, which is actually the next prefix down from Zetta. each prefix you go up means that whatever you're measuring increases not by two times, not by ten times, but by three orders of magnitude. Zettaflare is one thousand times more destructive than anything we've seen what are effectively GODS bust out, and Donald has done it not once, but *at least twice*. to put that into perspective, Teraflare, which is three prefixes down from Zetta, was enough to alter the geography of *an entire continent*. Zettaflare would, if it scales properly, be ONE BILLION TIMES more powerful than Teraflare. Goofy was fucking right to be worried, the duck was whipping out some fucking anti-world level shit.

@Davide Play's Roblox source of which part? Teraflare vibe-checking an entire continent was from the end of XIV 1.0 when they did the reset into ARR. The whole 'he has to have used it at *least* twice' thing is because goofy recognized the spell being cast, meaning he'd have to have seen it before, and as far as I know the only final fantasy style mage he hangs out with regularly is Donald.

If there are any FFXIV fans here, Bahamut nearly destroyed the whole realm with Teraflare. Tera, as a numerical prefix is 10^12. Zetta is 10^21. This means that, if we assume the magic scales in a similar matter to these prefixes, Donald just cast a spell nearly double the power of Bahamut's and would likely have killed him if it landed. Do with this information what you will.

I want to state that, for those who don’t know Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts, Zettaflare is the second strongest spell in existence. Stronger even than that of Meteor. The only thing stronger is Yottaflare, and that has only ever been cast through the power of a literal deity. Zettaflare is the exact same way. Donald is the first, and *only* mage in existence to have ever cast Zettaflare through his own MP. It’s no wonder it all but killed him doing it.
