As a fellow lactose intolerant girlie that owned a supplement store, look for whey isolates, some are even certified lactose free. But if they aren’t, isolates filter out the extra gunk like lactose so you get higher percentage of protein, and no (or very little) lactose

14:54 although it may not be professional advice, I do agree. lactose used to make me incredibly bloated in college like 2 years ago to the point that I wouldn't eat much because I just constantly felt like I already ate, so one day I was so sick of feeling like that I started to introduce it back into my diet after cutting it out completely, starting with nutella on toast that kinda thin, small amounts and now my body takes dairy a lot better than it did 😂 I was so sick of getting horrible cramps and feeling bloated I decided enough was enough 😂

Believe it or not, so far Head and Shoulders Psoriasis has been the best for me. Even over prescriptions.

@Sunshine1969 my hairstylist told me to avoid head and shoulders at all cots it doesn't help get rid of psoriasis just sticks it to your hair which in turn makes it seem like it's helping and it has this ingredient in it that is addicting to your hair so when you stop using it you get more hair fall out than usual. Just wanted to spread the word to help keep hair healthy 💜

Get a hand blender or stick blender 🙌🏽 so far I used it for guacamole, refried beans, mashed potatoes. Also try mixing the dry and wet ingredients 1st before adding the fruit.

I have wanted a Ninja Creami for a couple years. I forgot about it because I thought it used to be more expensive. It looks easy to clean. I am invested in the flavor combos. Berries and lemonade with mint sounds delicious. Pb and j or pb banana chocooate. Yes lactose hurting my belly most of my life was no fun. I now have it in small quantities and feel better.
