wtf just dun a few days checking this guy out and jees uz... what a centre back and i mean what a talent in all my day i i never see a more forceful defender confidence through the roof way way underestimated skill ... the way this lad plays is way out.... of a lot of perm players league ... r the hell as this player never been called up tu defend his country. matter of fact av just passed my lad over to his channel and told him to subscribe and watch and learn he is a centre back under 11s grass roots and he can lean a very important lesson from this man and that called GUTTS and the rest of his game all ready he wants tu use LOCK IN LOCK IN perfect what a young lads idol.. i never seen in my days any defender have this... what this is is GAME PERFECT FOR MY LAD TU WATCH AND STUDY HATS OFF TU YA

Any advice in future videos to help with muscle Fatigue for someone who plays on Saturdays and still sore come Tuesday team training. Also struggle to fit in leg days at gym between Tuesday training -Saturday game because of fatigue calf’s and quads. Many thanks
