@@Ta-m01 I say TNO is realistic in the sense of how the Americans, the Entente, the Comintern, and the United Front lost WW2. Britain’s navy being cut off at Gibraltar, The Japanese and Germans creating the first Nuclear Bomb and dropping it on Pearl Harbor, Soviet Russia collasping as a result of a joint Axis invasion and poor internal leadership and general military and economic chaos.

Not only would curbing German and Japanese-backed movements show the world that the Home of the Free may have been down but was not out, but it would give those states born out of the aftermath the chance to possibly hope again. All those free and democratic (Or at least not openly Fascist) states standing behind the United States of America would serve as a potent third side in a Cold War.

Rommel was an idiot that was a 1 trick pony that had no hope of victory. The Germans and Italians could barely keep his small army supplied so him winning North Africa is completely unrealistic unless you assume the allies always make the stupidest decisions. If he moved to the east nothing would change as he’d probably do what all the other generals did, try to gain their own glory by outrunning their own supply lines leading to any that wasn’t stupid enough to do that being replaced for not advancing fast enough

If they want an axis victory scenario, there needs to be a lot more ways the USSR, British and Americans are nerfed. Maybe america's great depression is way worse, British fascists are more popular, USSR is led by an Agrarianist. And then during the war, no british soldiers can escape at dunkirk, and the british and RAF will need to LOSE the battle of britain, which could've happened if the germans bombed strategic targets only instead of terror bombing. And in Asia, the japanese need more collaborators, like the KMT having a coup and joining the Japanese collaborator faction in china. Making the invasion of china a bit easier for the japanese. Maybe America doesn't sanction japan as hard, but they attack Pearl Harbor anyway (possibly at a different time + having it be way more successful too). Fascists would also need to be way more popular in countries like Turkey, Iran (they actually fight back against the british and soviets). Spanish need to win the spanish civil war way sooner so they can be recovered enough to join the war and take Gibraltar. Maybe countries like Chile, Argentina, etc join the Axis. But more pro-authoritarian governments also pop up in Brazil to prevent Brazil from attacking those two countries. And most of all... the Germans need to be even smart and have perfect luck. And somehow NOT view nukes as "jewish science". Italy also will need perfect luck and to be actually competent, maybe the Finnish also ACTUALLY win the winter war, probably due to the soviets being more Agrarian. And even then... after all that. They still couldn't win. However, they could win WW2 but not reach america. Although, they could possibly defeat America in some kind of WWIII in the 1950s. That could make some sense.

Personally I don't really like alternative ww2 scenarios because why would Germany keep all the land they took and how would they have the manpower to do it. Personally I feel like the most realistic way they would win is by focusing all out on england and either starve them out or try to invade and then after that invade the soviets so they can put all their industry towards the east instead of having to build boats that occupied a big part of their industry. But even if Germany won I don't think they would occupy most land. They might take Elsaß-Lothringen and small parts of Belgium and Slovenia but not all of europe. Most likely they put friendly governments in charge(or just let western europe chose their own) and set up SS-comand in the east as satellite states
