While it's crucial to work hard to create a channel that offers mutual benefits, it's also frustrating when someone with a good channel ignores you after you've reached out. In collaboration I disagree with your opinion, it's not a must you be on the same niche or engagement for a collaboration,, its more of creating time and willingness to help, you can have a million followers and still decide to support a newbie. Its about deciding and having the heart to help and elevate others, most people feel threatened in supporting young guys not knowing the cake is soo big.. Maybe you can say most of big guys are 'busy '. I remember Jalas used to give even 2mins of his time to very unpopular guys, then after they just blow up and stand for themselves....
