That popping sound that jumped you is likely a capacitor on the motor used for RF suppression. Once it popped the motor could spin faster because the capacitor wasn't restricting the power anymore. 22:02 if I ever got one of these I'd take out the voice chip and throw out the creepy doll part. I have a singing cactus that plays that same song and records.

So I’m just wondering, when you were talking about the resistor thing, I am not gonna do this with my walking robots like the ones I liked like my childhood fireman robot, but if it happens, even though I am not gonna do the high voltage, would it still do that effect that you said? Like for example, if cosmic had it, if robot leader had it, or extreme fighter, whose remote controlled, or mega robot, would they do that like that? Or it’s a different thing.
