Hello, in what way is the questbridge application different than the common app. How can you use both the common app and the questbridge application simultaneously? Ik that these questions might sound a bit obvious but i am a naive freshmen and don't know about questbridge. Thank you and congrats on stanford 😁

Hey! These are great questions. So the QuestBridge application is basically just longer than the Common Application. It includes everything that's in the Common App, plus 10 more essay questions. It digs a lot deeper than the Common App because it's specifically to showcase hardships that you may have overcome. Only specific schools accept the QuestBridge application, if you check the site you can see their college partners! The main pro about QB (for me) is that I could apply to so many colleges for free! When you apply using the QB app, some schools require you to also submit the Common App with the supplement. For some this is optional, and some specifically say do not submit the Common App. It just depends! If the school requires a supplement you either submit it through Common App or directly to the school through your portal. This was a long answer but hopefully it helps lol. Good luck! and thanks :)

KJ Apa Yes! Duke is one of the schools that you can rank. If they accept you during the National College Match, you will be legally bound to that school.
