Bro I think all anime fans don't care about power scaling Because it's just bullsht. Because how can you compare two different worlds? Without them existing into one? Like for example, you get a character from one piece that is logia user, now how can a character from Naruto hit a logia user. Remember logia user can be hit with the help of haki. In Naruto their power source is chakra right? So how? Don't tell me because they can learn haki? Because if you say so, then they should exist in the same world, and the question is what power source should prevail? Haki or chakra? And that's where being biased start, because the power source will be chosen by the person who is comparing them, and you can't say it is valid right? Because we all know it comes from personal preference. That's why power scaling is just bullsht.

I think you gave a good argument but I would question why you think destroying a universe or things is more powerful than creating? Creation and purification have been shown in anime time and time again that those are some of the hardest things to do. Even in the real world ppl can easily fight or destroy but few can create. She's also a goddess so that tops Luffy. You also have to consider that a part of Luffy is him consuming a devil fruit. Personally I think the power scaling in one piece is weird but in the end the day I find it's also about friendship and love. I would see Luffy and SM as friends who would team up against others on that list.

In a powerscale list Ichigo have always been above both Naruto and Luffy by default, this has been known for years. I am not sure if those people understand the characters setting in this, because by default Ichigo is invisible to humans unless they are high-spec humans (basically capability to see supernatural, just like in JJK sorcerer can see cursed spirits), then just the spiritual pressure alone can vaporize people with too low spiritual power or make them tremble, etc. Then on top of that Ichigo has Blut vene which is basically the same as armament haki, and he has shunpo/sonido which makes him insane fast in short range and long distance movements. Then depending on what version of Ichigo we are talking about we have mugetsu which is basically an instant kill move which is time manipulated + Luffy is weak to swords/sharp objects in his default state. Luffy shouldn't be near S tier list on power, maybe A tier depending on matchup.
