In case anyone is curious about the Messi "tip". Yerba mate (pronounced mat-ay, not mate) is basically just a tea which is the national drink and has a lot of cultural significance in central South America, particularly in Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. It has a lot of caffeine and some other good compounds in smaller amounts which is where the cited health benefits probably come from.

Hahaha for the yerba mate - your yerba is not real :D what I mean it is very small in the bag and this is not how you should drink yerba, this is just a funny product for casual tea drinkers. To make a real yerba you need to use way more of the leafs, you also need correct temperature of water - and you can reuse the same portion of tea couple times, just put new water.
