I think it's worth going over the attackspeed cap just cuz the items gives you so much on hit damage, and the catch is that runans doesn't reduce the on-hit damage from the items on the extra tarjets.

I know Pyke doesn't actually get the extra hp, which is why I say that titanic hydra doesn't work. The point is to get the maximum AD, which according to the wiki, is to build tank/Bruiser. Liandries -> magic pen boots -> rylai's, void staff. Burn so his boxes melt and rylais to slow even more. Magic pen boots to make sure the squishies get melted. Then you could go void staff and demonic for tanks, or the other two magic pen items for squishy comp. The unfortunate thing for ap is the lack of items and build diversity. Though I guess you could go ad, but I don't know how well you could troll with ad on Shaco.
