Studies about bone structure show that female bone structure is stable between 15 and 30 on average, they hit puberty earlier after all, while for males, it changes somewhat throughout their 20s Basically, most females look facially the same at 15 and at 25 and at 30 probably, if we assume they didn't gain or lose weight, the biggest change is the skin, it looks less clear with age
