You should go to Knotts berry farm and try the food there

I’ve never thought of the food at Disneyland as being anything but meh. The only food I would recommend is eating at Black Tap in Downtown Disney. That was the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten.

It’s a cheesy bread. I wanted to love it, but the one I had was so dry. Probably a one and done for me. 😢

This is such a fun video concept and super helpful too! We are going to Disneyland for the first time in May and it’s great to know what to avoid! My kids love pizza and Toy Story so I’m bummed pizza planet isn’t good.

I thought Juliet would have sent you to drink one of the Pym drinks, the hard seltzers there are generally not good
@wrightdownmainstreet10 ай бұрын
Ahh that would have been a good one! I agree the seltzer drinks there aren’t the best & I love seltzers. They have a really good one in San Fransokyo. At Pym’s my go to is the R&D espresso martini, but at $20 I rarely get it

My family and I had eaten at Bengal Barbecue about a month ago. The meat skewers were fabulous. The Tiger Tail bread stick was horrendous. I think the comparison between the cookies at the Harbour Gallery and Gideon's is a bit off. They're completely different kinda of cookies.

UGH, pre-lockdown, Award Wieners used to have something called a Mushroom Philly that was vegetarian (not vegan), and it was absolutely delicious. Well-sauteed mushrooms, peppers and onions with pepper jack on a split lobster roll-style bun. No dog, just the veggies & cheese. I miss it so much! The new version sucks bad, compared. I don't know what the hell is up with those new vegan buns.

The worst food I ever had there was the alien macaron at pizza planet. It was so overly sweet I couldn’t even eat it. Even my son didn’t like it! Any macaron from jolly holiday is a different story though!

Thank you for the warning of the veggie dog! I’m planning my first trip to Disneyland (since I was 6) and I also love the veggie dog at pizza rizzos. I will take your word for it and avoid Award Weiners! Have you done any food videos at USH?

I had the cookies in December before they went super viral. We hopped off Haunted Mansion, I asked my kids if they wanted some cookies, and I placed a mobile order that was ready right away. That’s when it makes sense to get them; when you’re hungry and they’re convenient. All the hoop-jumping people are doing to get these is bonkers.

Unfortunately the restaurant previously before the renamed it Pizza Planet had wonderful food. My mom and I would share a salad and a pasta dish while my son had pizza. The last time we ate there (2019), my son hated the pizza. We never cared for the tiger tails. I don't think you can compare Gideons. It's not Disney store. The worst food, in our opinion, is the hotdogs, especially the ones at Angry Dogs.

I don’t get why people love the Mickey pretzels. They are very dry no flavor. I would prefer a churro over it.

I’ve been vegan 16 years now and I couldn’t agree with you more in regards to the sausage hotdog at award winners. My daughter and I got it and it was absolutely horrible. I cannot believe how horrible it was. the best hot dog you can get that resembles the texture and taste is close to a regular meat-based hotdog is from a company called gardenia. It is really good but you have to know how to cook vegan and that’s part of the problem that Disneyland has is they higher chefs that are not vegan and I know they try and I’m thankful for the vegan food they do have, but the problem is they are not vegan and are not cooking vegan all the time, they’re just doing it once in a while and there’s so many different types of plant-based foods that are good for certain dishes but not all dishes. You have to know what brand to use and what to use it for and how to use it and how to make it taste good. so if you want to get a hot dog, gardenia is the way to go and I believe there’s about six in a box, and the best way to make them is by poking the hotdog with a fork and put them in a pan with some water a l little bit of barbecue sauce or A1 sauce or some kind of sauce thats vegan and let it boil. Put a lid on it let it boil. Check on it turn then once in a while and let them boil and basically absorb all the juice and then when it starts to boil down, you add onions, add some vegan shredded cheese and whenever you want and I promise you 100% hands down it’ll be the best vegan hotdog you’ve ever had.

The Disneyland food was the worst (and obviously over priced) in the 90’s. Now some things are a luxury and delicious delicacies 🤤 (and still highly over priced).
