The “burnt” on the pizza is exactly how it’s supposed to be. If it’s cooked authenticity, in a wood fired oven then there will be burnt spots because of the heat. Looks like they cooked that pizza perfectly.

A bit of advice, and this is not personal but please have manners and remove your hats when dining indoors. I can understand if you’re at a table outside a grab n go but as a cruiser myself, us older folks notice whom has manners and who does not.
