I used to work at the Ritz Carlton and I can tell you that the chefs think this brunch is their best, most earth-shattering idea EVER. Side note: There are about 4 full-time employees per shift and the rest are external, underpaid workers. (like me back then lol) That was 5 years ago, but even then, people complained that after a certain time, that the menu was simply not filled up enough.

As someone who grew up with very rich parents and has gone to so many “luxury” and michelin restaurants/buffets: so many of the luxury places focus on presentation and on a “wow” factor of their pieces rather than actual edible food. Like their food is either way too much or way too little. I’ve been to FANTASTIC places where each dish felt like I had a damn angel choir singing in the background each time I took a bite, but dayum have I also been to a lot of places where my mom and I were constantly doing the 👀 eyes at eachother because it was NOT worth the money.

I always remember my mom telling me how sad she was when she would see privlidged kids play on beautiful playgrounds while their "playgrounds" only had grass patches. It was so heart breaking to hear them speak about their childhood and I cant imagine how Palestinians are feeling right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I would be pissed if I paid $200 for that garbage brunch buffet. I can’t believe you have to slice your own bread and desserts. Those were also the smallest oysters I’ve ever seen compared to the shell size. It looked like they were empty. Was there no breakfast items at all?

This video was so fun! Ive never been able to have fancy meals before so its fun to experience it vicariously hehe ❤ I know you just said you don't want to film like this again, but I think it would be cool if you tried the top rated/best reviewed restaurants in Berlin. Most expensive isn't always the one with the best ratings so it would be interesting to see what people pick to give good reviews to. ❤❤❤

Hard to believe the most expensive pasta is 55 euros!! In NYC the truffle pastas can be found for $80-$120 😮

I'm from the central-eastern part of Europe and €55 for the most expensive past doesn't sound a lot to me either. I wouldn't pay that much for it, though, but yeah.

Food in Berlin is, in general, pretty cheap. A normal doener would be around 5 euros today and an expensive pasta wouldn't reach 30 euros

I was waiting for each of you to say "I just can't take you anywhere!" when the cutlery....fancy restaurant requires fancy words and not just spoon or fork, it's CUTLERY 😂.....hit the floor. I don't know if it's just me, but it ALWAYS seems like whenever I accidently (well it's more like clumsily) knock or drop silverware on the floor in a fancy a$$ restaurant it makes the loudest echoing noise EVER compared to when I do it at home.....or at a non-fancy a$$ restaurant, such as McDonald's or Burger King (or any place that a whole meal only costs $11-$15).....🤣 it just occurred to me that those 2 places don't even have actually silverware, just plastic shite. 😂😂 But either way you get what I mean. It's that super loud noise that makes EVERYONE in the restaurant stop eating all at once and then everyone is staring at you and that silence that comes along with it just makes you wanna crawl under the table and hide.....THAT'S ANOTHER thing that you can't do at any fast food place, people will still be able to see you if you crawl under one of their tables, since there's NO tablecloths to hide under. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ❤AWESOME VIDEO! LOVE IT!❤
