Thank you for this 🙏 We’d be lying if we said we have a history with food anxiety but since opening ourselves up completely to these things and putting ourselves in situations where we just tried to embrace being outside of our comfort zone, we realized the fact that it’s just food. IT doesn’t have any power over US and if we want to enjoy it we can. That said, it does take work. You do feel uncomfortable at first, but you slowly learn to let go and it shifts more and more into complete freedom, but it’s not instantaneous by any means. Wishing you the best and encouraging you to embrace the process because we do believe there is complete freedom on the other side for you 🙏
