I ate everything Claudio gave me at Mercado Atemajac! Guadalajara's well known foodie goes by the name Buen Diente GDL. He takes me to one of the best and biggest Mercado's in the Guadalajara area. The tour is in Spanish but there are English subtitles! I hope you enjoy this cultural icon. I know I did. All of the people is what really makes it come alive.
