Eating certain foods and doing certain things can cause flare ups and random weight gain and uncontrollable mood swings. I wouldn’t wish for anyone to have to deal with it.

I was bloated from water and pre period. I think people need to stop counting other peoples calories of what they eat and stop telling them to lose weight.
