I would suggest you to watch maybe some more videos and it is really easy to figure out. I’m not sure about now but he has been training twice a day for quite some time (crossfit type of training, which is really exhausting and burns a lot) he is definitely active trough the course of the week ( he is running, walking, swimming) otherwise he wouldn’t be able to do it without significant fat gain. And he has pretty huge muscle mass that puts his BMR (basal metabolic rate) way above the average person. So summing up all what I wanted to say is, he is dedicated athlete with a proper meal plan and workout regimen, and he is always explaining how he maintain this lean look, so maybe you’re new to the channel ;) But it is kinda simple calories in vs calories out.
