The sauce is about 260k scoville scale but it's dilluted and depends on how much you use in one bite so it would be definitely about like 30-50k. Also it's gonna be a lot spicier if you don't combine it with that much watter and you should keep the noodles in the pan for like a minute with the sauce

I started watching this video then it made me want to eat these... I have the 3x version at home, tried it once and couldn't finish it then had it again tonight and used some water with it, made it a lot easier to eat but I had to shovel it down fast lmao. My first time with these, I was actually getting pretty drunk! I was tipsy where I shouldn't drive, but still could cook. By about half way in, I had gone from tipsy drunk to stone cold sober. I obviously gave up at that point lol Never experienced anything like it in my life! Course now I'm going after any Buldak I can find lol

Great video, but you prepared it wrong. You're supposed to fry it with 6x spoons of water left together with the sauce. As you can see in the video your noodles are laying in a wet pool of sauce. They are supposed to be red & more dry than this. This way the spicy effect isn't even half as strong as it's supposed to be.
