Great Video, honestly your videos inspired me a lot. Ultralight camping and because of you the dream to ride off-road in Australia at some point. Also, correct tire pressure is that big of a difference? I never thought of lowering it when doing a bit of off-road, which is not too often (based in Germany). That's why I also don't want knobbies, not worth it for 90% on-road. Do you carry something to inflate your tires on the go? I thought about getting a battery powered mini compressor for at home and throwing it in for smaller tours, but now I'm overthinking it again :)

Awesome ride! How does the Desert X compare to the triumph Scrambler 1200 XE? Both seem like retro, heavy, tall bikes that handle surprisingly well on road for 21" front wheel. Would you say one is clearly more capable overall?

Tom, you should carry a pair of tweezers for when you find lizards like that. The poor lil guy had ticks and you could have made his day a whole lot better by removing them😄
