The dome shield is called a Julius which by color would allow Caesar to easily identify which legion you were. Thus this would be an orange Julius the most refreshing legion.

The reason you were struggling with stamina so much that character was because you were a former soldier, meaning you have weaknesses in stamina (because you're basically an old man)

i will say there is a huge difference in difficulty between commoner and gladiator and he is playing on commoner. The default difficulty is gladiator.
