I pulled a Palkia LV.X from a great encounters booster box I received for my birthday as a kid. It was the only LV.X in the box so needless to say they are hard to pull.

I love the fact that even Holo Rares are a great pull to get. Miss the days where they were more sought after. I'd like it if modern sets rare pulls were just either holo rare or "level X". Too many types of rares now.

I like that most of the backgrounds of these cards have actual real like scenes of the really world. Very legit! Also the pull rate for the holos is so much better than nowadays haha

The holos these days are nothing like back in the day. Nostalgic cards hold a special place in my heart because growing up with them was a highlight of growing up. 2008 I wasn't pulling cards though. I was in college then. Pachirisu was awesome artwork. Never seen that before. I bet the pack pokerev gives away doesn't have a holo. He took them all. Lol
