There's a destroyed or desolate church near the small settlement. It's a little north of it. If you fast travel to that church and go to the other side of the building is five or six ore nodes right there Early game if you need a lot of it, jump over there and grab it

This dont use it as a base just as a small mining place bonus points for getting a rushboar/digtoise +4 kingpaka/broncherry or cativa/lunaris for capacity

Funny thing to do in multiplayer: if you throw a pal sphere at a small pal the ball when catching you can stand on and after a successful catch you will be launched into the air.

Crack in the sky: Skybox. Generally, sky's in videogames are done one of three ways. In this case, it uses a skybox. Which is essentially just the inside of a cube. The sky is rendered on each 6 faces (yes, even under the map). In this case, the image the used on the faces doesn't actually "align" properly, creating a seam. It's the corner/edge between 2 of the cubes faces. TL;DR: It's not supposed to be there, obviously. Since you made it this far, I'll explain the other 2, just know the rest of this comment will have nothing to do with the game, so feel free to stop here if that was all you cared about. The next type is a "sky sphere". . . which is basically the same thing. You take a sphere, you split it into 6 faces (like that of the cube, only this time it's kinda warped to work for the sphere). It's generally the same practice but you tend to use it for fish-eye lens/360 irl photos if I am not mistaken. Other than the shape being a sphere instead of a cube, it's the exact same thing as a skybox. The final one is not really that common at all (and truth be told, I'm not too familiar with the concept myself or even what it is/how it works). That being that of procedurally generated sky. The only time I really seen it used was in blender (and maybe when you no-clip outside the render region of some other games). It works on a user-set gradient for the horizon and does some weird math stuff the higher you are looking up. So rather than using images, it just uses custom shading depending on the where you are looking at the sky at. For instance, if you look straight forward, that part of the shading might be closer to white/light blue but as you look more up, the shading will be more deep blue. Again, skyboxes and sky spheres are MUCH more of the standard practice (where the clouds/sun/moon are separate depending on the game) than procedural sky. I don't know the advantages/disadvantages of either. The only thing I can say for certain is technically you wouldn't get seams in a procedural sky, but I also don't think it would be as custom. . . also night/day cycles (transitioning between the 2) might be a bit harder to implement.

Note to self right clicking on pals in the box moves them instantly if used on food lets you choose who to eat it on if used on items in storage instantly moves between inventory and storage

So far I found and captured or bred 137 pal types. Pretty sure that is all of them, but you never know, as the "B-variants" don't show in the paldeck until you either saw them or have them. And some can only be "found" by breeding...

if you make the item for daedream and dizzi, if they're in your team they'll follow you around without being summoned and help fight - giving you 3 pals out to fight if you summon one.

I made an iron base in the exact same spot last night😅, couple hours before this upload. I have a few thousand iron ingots now. Also Reptyros are the best for mining, they have level 3 mining and level 3 kindling. Not only do they mine well, they smelt things well too. Ragnahawk is also there, 3 kindling and 3 transport. My best flyer is there too, the Vanwyrm, its a long distance flyer, so you dont run out of stamina too fast.

I spent most of my time actually breeding a bunch of broncherry's with mining foreman perks on them. Usually keep 4 in my party for +100% mining speed and +400 carry capacity. Definitely not end-game kind of things for mining, but let me save time from having to set-up mining automation and I could focus efforts more on automating farming and pal breeding.

try climbing on the spheres when capturing and you'll be in for a suprise if you do capture it try to get on as fast as possible because it doesn't work if you do it too late and just make sure you don't forget your glider

I had an automated mining base but I found its so much quicker to just put a pal box down at the mining node with 15 transport pals and just mine all the ore myself. With 5 mining foreman pals in my party and a refined metal pick its done super quick.

Best pals for doing a auto mine that feeds itself is to use digtoise dummud and tombat then use vanyworms for transport and use petila or lyleen for planting (not sure if lyeen has gathering)

In the late game you will need High Quality Pal Oil, there is a Merchant selling it in town up north (354, 337). Is way faster to buy them then farm them

lunaris for example increases your carry weight, same with some other pals.. if you have mutiple lunaris i'm not sure but it might increase further carry weight. you can easily get enough ore to smelt 50-70 ingots at a time.

I call my firespark "FriendlyFire" Did you know you can reroll the dungeon bosses by getting out of spawn range (go back to another room) and coming back in the room? Pretty handy for getting the one you want.

As we know from the last video, when 2 pals of different kinds breed they make new eggs. But there are so many pals in the game that there must be a lot of new pals. Unless these are infertile, there will be infinite species.

@@mehedi1178 1- there aren't infinite trees, 2- you can pick them up and put them on specific workbenches to do a certain task first.
